ABOUT ME
B.E (CIVIL), More than 24 years’ experience of Contract, Quantity Surveying and Cost Management for a wide variety of major projects including Highways, Airport, Bridges, Marine works, Dredging and reclamation, Marine Crest Wall, Rock filling, Irrigation Canal, Hydro Project, Rock Fill Dam, Tunneling, Pipe Networking for Sewage water Pipe line and Building High-Rise projects. More than 23 years’ experience of preparation of tender and contract documents for Indian projects and 5 years’ experience for Taking off quantities in Middle East Projects. Experience extends across a wide range of quantity surveying services from inception to completion of construction projects including feasibility studies & DPR, cost planning, value engineering, Preparing the due diligence costing on Operation & Maintenance, rate analysis, tender documentation, tender evaluation, contract documentation, financial reporting, payment certification, review of pre-qualification documents for ICB contracts based on FIDIC Conditions of Contract. Familiarity in standard documents include methods of measurements; CESMM-3 and Indian standards methods of measurement of building and civil engineering works, conditions of contract; FIDIC and knowledge of Indian specification and standards of IRC & MoRTH.
