ABOUT ME
We receive different Cardmember complaints and resolve those within required turn around time. We have also worked up on handling different escalations from the Cardmember as well as Merchant. We have worked End to End and have good understanding on End to End complaint resolution. We also liaison with different departments to prevent unauthorized usage of credit cards. I have worked on a Project Management for Refund stabilization for Hong Kong Market. I am at expert level in terms of complaints resolution and servicing our clients efficiently and effectively.
