Review respective scope items and perform quantity take off Ensures all need documents are complete, updated and reviewed Identifies and review respective scope items prior to starting the take off which includes but I not limited to the following: checks for conflict, reference drawing correctness, clarification needed, buy out items or any questions Reads all pertinent specification sections to understand each scope items; takes note any needed clarification or possible buy out items or any item which is not clear and should be brought to the attention of the Team Leader or Lead Miscellaneous Estimator Checks math and quantities as well as correct table of weights Ensures that notes are made to special items such as finishes, special manufacturer and materials buy out items Answers to question related to take off Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the Team Leader and Lead Miscellaneous Estimator
