Professional Experience
• Leading multiple site and stuff.
o While my lead has been promoted to handle a bigger site and my co-associate has been transferred to another site due to ramp up, I took over all their responsibility, pending and ongoing task/projects.
o Successfully manage the sites in provide all need and and demand of operations.
• Closing Career Hub, Operation and GnA sites.
o Closing Ayala Tech. Hub and Eco plaza, documenting and distributing IT related assets and files.
o Created process to maximize resources due to lack of manpower.
• Creating job-aid, process and tracker to minimize the existing process.
o While taking responsibility as POC, I gathered data, create a tracker and new process to easily identify and monitor all existing asset and user to provide all of their demand within SLA.
• Ensuring to provide data gathered, conducted diagnostic and implemented resolution within SLA.
o The management within and outside the organization is requesting for a file, documentation, diagnostic and resolution for critical issues and concern. Which is successfully provided.
• Implementing new process to maximize resources, prevent escalation and save cost.
o By analyzing an existing or upcoming project, I’ll gathered all needed details, document it and create a process to lessen the action items, maximized the resources and finish it within or before SLA.
• Trained new hired supervisor, associates and interns for them to handle the demand and pressure of the site.
o They are part of the resources and thru them we can find a potential member or soon to become the next promoter of the organization.
o Also, for them to adopt the working environment and culture.
