4Overall, it was a good experience working with Yaseer. He is a sharp guy with good ideas. He is always available for comments, questions and concerns. You can tell he is experienced. He was also open to a change of requirements. Having said that, there are a few negatives. The project did run a three fold over-budget (but that happens from time to time). Quality wasn't always the best; with basic features being buggy on multiple revisions. Although, Yaseer is very cooperative, many times I noticed huge gaps in understanding, which is due to miscommunication. Besides all that, Yaseer is a good person and I would recommend you hire him. However, make sure to clarify requirements and maybe get him on the phone to make sure he knows what you are talking about.

5Technically, Yaseer is very good. I recommend it anytime. He likes to have control of his horraire and to be free. I just closed this contract because Yaseer gives no news for 5 days. Last week, he ran out of power and the work could not be completed. I tried to join him on Skype, SMS and on the Upwork mail and he gives no news to finish at least the current work.

5Work was ok, English was fine however communication was not very good - disappeared for long periods of time without warning. He has the skill to do the work but seems disconnected and when we had deadlines to meet it became challenging.

5Yaseer Is an expert an programming asp.net mvc C# and working with databases. Very strong communication skills and delivers always on time and does not require alot of assistance. He is self-sufficient and can do anything on his own. He can do the work of 5 programmers. His talents are Javascript, Angular JS, C#, HTML5,, SQL. I will hire him again.

5Unable to access the skills of Yaseer, because i received no output from him Freelancer's Response He just hired me and said me to review his code.I have tried several time to communicate with him.But no response. and when Odesk is upgrading , I found he ended contract without any prior message and anything.Worst Odesk Client I ever found.

5Yaseer would just disappear for a week an or days at a time. I believe he was working on a job that paid him more money! If you look at his history he trending with many bad reviews.. This was a 350 hour build of which he only worked 63 hours in 30 day. I am now left with many hours behind schedule and a very angry customer. I would have given him zero starts because he promised so much and I gave him a huge project.

Good quality in his work, and there was little to no communication, 50% because I had created a detailed job description, and 50% because Yaseer understood what the task was, without any questions. Then a day later he came with a product that was working, after my requirements, 100% satisfied, 5 stars.

Freelancer's Response If you see his project you will find a disaster.Poor quality of works worked by some older developer.And give me only one week to finish it.And he is asking for 50% cash back to give me 5 star rating.

5Yaseer did a wonderful job for a long time, we had planned to help him get his Visa next year so he could come join our company as an FTE. However since early July his work has gone downhill, we have discussed the issue with him and continued to see no improvement. Freelancer's Response I was doing ok. Everything is going fine.in 29th I have wake up morning and find my job has been turned as completed without being notify me and without any discussion. This is totally absurd and unprofessional attitude. I have make his dead project to alive.
