ABOUT ME

I am an Advocate having varied experience in legal field. As an Advocate I have handled a number of cases as given under and appeared in the court:-
In Civil side:-
i) Suits for Recovery of Money, Suit for Declaration, Restoration of Possession, Permanent Injunctions, Land acquisition cases, Suits for enforcement of contracts etc., Mining matters, Land Acquisition matters, Arbitration matters, Matters under Environment Protection Act, Forest Conservation Act, Land related matters, Consumer Protection Act, various Company related matters, under Negotiable Instrument Act, Labour related matters under Industrial Disputes Act, Factories Act, Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 etc.
ii) Handled Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cases. Handled cases under Consumer Protection Act.
iii) Drafting of all legal documents including Agreements, Deeds, Power of Attorney, Notices, Civil Suits, Petitions, Written Statements, Affidavits, Complaints, Responses, Reports, Notes, Written Arguments, Preparation of briefs and co-ordination with the Senior Counsels whenever required.
iv) Well acquainted with Real Estate (Regulatory & Development) Act, 2016, Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993.


In Criminal side:-
i) I have handled cases charged under India Penal Code including under sections 302, 376 thereof and cases under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
