I'm a seasoned Customer Success Manager with 3-year' experience in the coworking and Internet industry. I'm passionate about solving problems for clients, and I've spent the last 3 years helping startups in streamlining processes. Help them in reducing churn through exceptional customer service and driving more sales by upselling. I have a genuine passion for technology along with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) focused in Electronics and Communications Engineering from University of Mumbai.

I believe in communication and automation to get things done. I have a knack to learn softwares very quickly and explain it to anyone who doesn't have one.
