My background is in High Volume, Contract and Technical Recruiting. This includes full cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing as well as established recruitment and employment practices. I work extensively with VPs, Manger and project hiring managers to gain understanding of the position requirements. Industry experience is in Ecommerce, Information Technology, Technical, Financial Services, Engineering, VLSI, Semiconductor, and Automotive. I’m a very technical recruiter always looking for that “new” thing to make recruitment more efficient.
