Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle the finishing materials (Sourcing, procurement and Purchasing, Logistics & Distribution and Material management).
2. Ensure effective lines of communication among the departments (Ex. Budget Planning & Control, Engineering services & Maintenance, Audit, Finance & Accounts, Design & Development, Interior & Architect, Sales & Marketing, IT, Admin, Business Development & Lifestyle consultant etc.)
3.Processing all types of documentation (quotation, Bill, Challan, Certificate processing , MRR, MRF etc.)
4.Be responsible for introducing process improvements in the supply chain strategy and identify new vendors/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery .
5. Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
6. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and expand the relationship with new vendors.
7. Hands on experience in ERP modulated software (in4suite & ASIT two software are using on Sanmar)
8. Researching & identifying potential vendors.
9. Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
10. Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing before purchase.
11.Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
12. Review quality of purchased products.
13. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
14. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
15. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses , outstanding report & payment.
16. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
17. Ensure full compliance of procurement activities with the companies Procurement Manual, Financial Rules and Regulations, relevant Organizational Directives and Administrative Instructions .
18. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual procurement plans and progress reports as required
19. Lead the establishment and management of professional procurement services through Long Term Agreements and networking with other agencies.
