Learning and Development Coordination
Can you use help in the learning and development aspects in your organization. Here is a list of services offered.
1. Assessment of training, learning and development needs under guidance and direction. Criteria for assessment, process etc. provided by you.
2. Identifying vendors through research who can address the training/development needs.
3. Develop and put together the learning and development calendar.
4.Schedule and manage online workshops. Hand over the calendar to the concerned person for in person programs.
5. Evaluate of effectiveness of workshops on criteria/tests given by the client.
6. Report, Debrief and possible next steps.

4. Support in developing non-technical training programs including subject matter research, development of course material
Suggested process
1. Details to be sent via email on background, requirements, assessment process and expected duration of support.
2. Discuss to finalize the program plan, deliverables and timelines. Submit the program plan and/or calendar as required.
4. Rendering services as needed.
5. Reporting, presentation and discussion.
Things to know
1. Payment mentioned is a flat rate per hour, irrespective of the services availed
2. Value addition in the fact that I have been in the people development space for more than a decade. This was a specialized and proprietary services/methodology which facilitated transformation. While I am extensively familiar with the people development space, quantified processes are new, however I will be a quick study and will add value in other ways.
3. Costings are introductory prices for this service I am familiar with concepts like appreciative inquiry and design thinking, which are extensively used in organization development, and planning.
