· Complete statutory compliance including those related to Income tax, STPI, RBI, FEMA, PF, Service Tax, VAT, etc.
· Obtaining refunds of Service Tax from the Central Government, as applicable.
· Assistance in handling income tax issues related to transfer pricing, ESOPs, tax assessments, etc.
· Tax planning for the Company and its Executives.
· Attending hearings with the Income Tax Department, Service Tax Department, etc.
· Handling corporate law issues including issues related to Directors, maintenance of statutory registers including Minutes Books, etc.
· Complete management of payroll function including TDS compliance, salary restructuring to save tax, etc.
· Organising and attending meetings of the Board and of the Management.
· Handling internal audit of the Company s transactions and reporting to the Management.
· Co-ordination with and handling of the statutory audit.
· Assistance in planning for tax exemptions vis-a -vis STPI and SEZ schemes.
