Report directly to the CEO and Sales Director of the over all performance and initiate action plans to improve team work and goal driven sales account managers
Evaluate failed expectation calls of the call center and win back the client to open an account
Work directly with Sales Director for process improvement in the call center team
Coordinating with Trainers in order to identify the areas for improvement in every new batch of trainee account managers
Handling pull back clients who are requesting for closure of their accounts and win back to continue the service
Coordinating with the Team Leaders to identify sales skills development for the account managers
Coaching and Mentoring the account managers through call evaluation both on live calls or call back situation
Responsibilities includes handling escalated sales call from account managers
