What seller need from the Buyer to get started?
You as the buyer should understand that services will be rendered under contract. My services are generally broken out by task and assigned various rates and deliverable times depending on the volume and intricacy involved. My rates very from 10.00 - 85.00 per hour.
Note that supervising projects, micromanaging, adhering to a very strict set of rules as to when, where and how work is to be completed (unless negotiated and agreed upon upfront), leans more towards and employer/employee relationship. I am not in the market for full or part-time employment. I am only open to contracts - both short and long-term.
An example of my lowest rate per task would be managing business email twice a day.
Once at the start of business (task #1=10.00) and again at the close of business (task #2=10.00) = totaling 20.00 for the day. Therefore, if contracted to manage email during a 5 day period, the total due would be 100.00, per net30 invoicing.
You have the option of receiving a weekly or monthly invoice. Start-ups can negotiate a net60 if it will serve to build their business capacity more quickly.
I am also open to negotiating flat rates per "one time" project. If it is an ongoing project, management of the must be ensured; as milestones would need to identified and fees negotiated accordingly.
Depending on your business needs, I have been known to run weekly trial periods at no cost to you. Given the current level of online competition for any given task, there are options to give me a try before contract. Doing so will allow me to break away from the pack, build trust, and a more solid client base. Note that "trials" are for office management tasks only and not provided for high level tasks such as database administration or intricate projects like web scraping.
