Our call center is having multiple issue with Vicidial. We have a very low contact rate when using Vicidial (less than 10%) vs manual dialing (40%). Agents sometimes hear 'dripping water'. Also our voicemail drop is not audible. We need someone that can make our Vicidial functional and optimized.

We need someone who's expert in Vicidial to activate auto dial for one of the campaigns we have, and do some customization on that specific auto dial leads. The customization will be hide the called number and link each one in the backend with a specific URL. More details will be given within the interview process.

I already have vicidial setup using siptraffic for voip carrier however he calls are bad quality so i want to configure it to use the better quality call I think currently it is using bronze i would like the settings to be configured to use the silver or gold plans.
