We are looking for an expert in Excel to help us recreate our current excel spreadsheet template we use for our financial analysis of commercial real estate properties. The immediate need is to recreate the entire excel spreadsheet which includes advanced formulas like cash on cash return, 10-year discounted cashflow modeling, future leasing assumptions, lease rollover, IRR, sensitivity analysis, leveraged and unleveraged returns, etc....
The ideal candidate:
1. will have a lot of experience in Excel, with programming financial models (especially in Real Estate and Commercial properties specifically)
2. somebody who will not just execute but will have thoughts and extensive experience to optimize these spreadsheets.
3. must have good English skills so we can speak about what needs to be done.
4. Must help create connections between the spreadsheets so everything is seemless and organized.
5. would like to add simple Macro's to clear form and others that make sense.
6. and be able to include graphs for certain data inputs...
