We are looking candidates to develop software (writing on C++ or Python) under Linux (Debian) environment. Software should analyze pair of pictures (screenshots) from IP-video camera (last and previous) and inform:

- if camera angle has been changed
- no focus (picture is fuzzy)
- no video (black screen)
- low contrast (very smoothing)

Software should work as console utility (without UI). Configuration from XML. For handling pictures need to use openCV lib.
