ABOUT ME

I have the experience as a customer service representative. I worked for an international logistics client, and my job there primarily involved answering phone calls of customers from the UK about booking collections of their packages that needed to be shipped.

I can easily learn how to do specific tasks. I have an intermediate level of skill about computer and the Internet. I learned how to reformat a PC and reinstall Windows or Linux OS. I also have basic knowledge of Photoshop and CorelDraw. I have 6 years of experience in data entry. My typing speed is 51 wpm.

I will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible. I am also very good at following given instructions.
