I am a self-starter and excel at handling customer queries. I am hardworking and reliable and been a Customer Representative for more than 6 years.
For the last 6 years, I am exposed in providing an excellent customer service experience to the clients. I always make sure that I am being conversational at all times rather than transactional.
I can do multi-tasking, I have a strong analytical skill. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and Google docs. I am proficient to use ICS, Talisma, Seerium, Zendesk and Freshdesk. I can work as a full-time and I am flexible when it comes to working schedules.
Also I am expert and proficient to use Adobe Photoshop to customize/layout designs such as Tarpaulins, stickers, invitation and T-Shirts design etc.
