How to rename bunch of files on windows?

I have a bunch of files on a windows 10 pc (all in the same folder), they are mostly pdf files, some have extension .pdf others have .PDF.

I recognize that Windows is not case sensitive to file names, but linux is. I want to rename all pfd's to .PDF.

Is there a way using file explore or command prompt?
