Look for the matching freelancers at the end of your job post, invite the freelancers which you find suitable. Wait for the proposals from freelancer. Shortlist the candidates, based on their profile, skills and your budget. Discuss the requirements with shortlisted candidates on Toogit messenger. To make an offer or hire the freelancer, open the freelancer’s proposal and click on “accept proposal” button. At this point you need to deposit the project’s cost in Toogit’s safe wallet. This is safe money and will remain with Toogit. The money is released to Freelancer once he completes the job and you approve the work. If freelancer fails to complete the job, money is released back to your account.
