Once you have shortlisted the candidates for your job post on Toogit, you can start interviewing them by clicking on “Send Message” button given in front of each proposal. As soon as you send a message to freelancer, communication channel between you and freelancer opens up on Toogit. Freelancer can now send messages to you and you can discuss your work with Freelancer on Toogit messenger (ive chat).
