I have completed the work, but client is not releasing the payment. What are my options?
Toogit payment protection ensures that you get paid for the work done. If client is refusing to release payment to you after you have completed the work, just open the job’s project management section. Locate the link which says “Dispute”. Just click on it and fill up the form. Toogit team will review the job history, your conversation with the clients and work done by you. If all is in sync and you have done what client had asked for, you will definitely get paid.
