1-on-1 Coach for Python

Ive started a project through which Im learning Python.

Idea is to jump into machine learning, nlp and statistics (amongst others).

Im not planning to become a great programmer or data scientist. I just need to cover my basics, so that I can understand the higher level theoretical material better.
(I do not know , what I do not know)

So I am looking for a tutor, whom I can have occasional 20 minute calls or message you when Im stuck.

Initially I would want to have a 1 hour call, so that we could take a look at my project (if its even possible etc) + run by some ideas and see what an expert thinks of timeframe of learning etc.
After that, I would like to have you on as a freelancer that I can hit up whenever I have questions, and you would just bill me hourly.

Good Spoken English Is a Must, since these would be audio/video calls.
