1 shift a week every week - Customer support and processing for a 24/7 Locksmith Service

We are a starting locksmith company, providing 24/7 locksmith assistance

We need assistance for a shift which starts EVERY Friday @5pm and ends Saturday @7pm (from Friday @9pm until Saturday @9am there is a night time back-up dispatch who will answer the phone and send jobs via Whatsapp to tech so you can get some sleep).

Were looking for someone to take bookings by phone and manage customer support through phone and dispatch to tech by text and document all jobs by excel, Our customers are looking to make a booking, change a booking, or learn about pricing, or they have a complaint.

Skills needed for this project:
- Experience in customer support or booking
- Friendliness and exceptional communication skills
- Live in a quiet environment
