$1000/mo Opportunity: Backlink Building & Media/Blogger Outreach for Guest Posts (Long term project)

We are looking for a professional with experience in backlink building & media/blogger outreach.

What we do:
AppGrooves is a website that makes it easy for users to discover & achieve their life goals with the best apps.

Since November 2019, we started building a community-driven Q&As, called App Bundle.
User can *ask* best apps for their problem/need. Other users can recommend apps for that problem/need.
Responsibilities and Duties:
0) You will be given a topic (or title) for a guest post you would pitch to bloggers.
1) Pitch guest blogging opportunities to media publications, blogs, and other digital content platforms (via email or via tools like Buzzstream) to get approval from website/blog owners.
2) Work with our Editor to get guest posts (Note that you dont have to write contents by yourself)
3) Successfully place backlinks to App Bundles and Best 10 lists on credible websites/web authorities
4) Track progress and report back to the AppGrooves team on a daily basis

What we do NOT want:
a) SEO 101 - we have enough knowledge so you dont have to educate us about basic SEO knowledge.
b) Blackhat SEO - we will NOT buy links.
c) Sponsored contents - we will not pay writers to write about us.
d) PBN (Private Blog Networks) - We will check each websites IP and match it with our database.
e) Guest posts published on community websites (eg. medium.com)
In other words, we want organic backlinks through white-hat SEO.


This is a trial project. Wed like to work with 5 freelancers and choose 1-3 people for long term engagement.

About this trial project:
1) Given the topic of the guest post, pitch writers for guest posts. The trial will consist of two topics. We need two successfully published guest posts per topic.
2) Backlinks need to be permanent dofollow links from different domain/IP with DR>=25 (We will not pay for sponsored posts)
3) Once you get approvals, we will write and send you a guest post.
4) You will communicate and publish the guest post.
5) We will pay you per published and approved guest post. The payment will depend on the DA of the website you provide. (We will share the list with you should you agree to start the trial project).

Terms of this trial project:
If you pass the trial above and both you and we are comfortable, youll become a long term member of our outreach team. (i.e. This is a great way to stabilize your income.)

After the trial project, we may ask for a quick conversation or interview to learn more about your experience and process, or (if both you and we are both comfortable) we may offer long-term contract.


Requirements:
1) 2+ years of outreach experience, either in media pitching or SEO backlink campaigns
2) Excellent, Native English written communication skills.
3) Experience using Buzzstream or another outreach management software a big plus
4) Detail-oriented person. We seriously care about details. Please expect several back and forths, especially in the beginning.
5) Quick response time
6) Available for video chat during the day as needed, ideally between 9am-5pm in PDT (GMT +8)
7) Available for 15+ hours/week, ideally across 3-5 business days.
8) Google Docs/Spreadsheets account is needed.
