i have a Win Server 2012 with a 10gbe card, connected to a Mikrotik 10gbe switch also connected to this switch is my PC. both computers are using a Mellanox NIC

i can seem to get any better than 250MB/s transfer rate.

i am looking for a network specialist to assist me in trouble shooting the bottleneck in the hope of improving this speed.
