2D Animation Fishing Simulator Game

I am seeking a 2D graphic designer to quote me to design 3-5min games for our Fishing Simulator game. Currently we use real footage and would like to look to move to animation to expand the range for many different fish species.
I will share our products link with shortlisted candidates
Please also take a look at the current games we have to get a good understanding of our needs.
We do not need sound we can add the sound, we just the animation.
This is the first fish species we would like to have made.
