2D Animator needed for creative infographic

I need a 2D animation that shows a group of slowly moving, simple butterflies that are different colors, the camera would move around the swarm of butterflies and certain colors would glow while others fade in order to highlight information about statistics as part of a given population.

The animation needs to be fairly simple and minimalist but the final video may end up being about 60 seconds long.
