We are performing Customer Satisfaction Interviews for people who have recently bought a Domain Name.
We wish to understand the difficulty of the process for purchasing and connecting a domain name to an online service.

If you have bought a domain name within the last 3 months with any provider worldwide you can apply to participate in this interview. It is better if you have faced any frustrations or problems within your purchase or connection process.

If you bought the domain name with the exclusive purpose of reselling it in a future date, or have had frustrations due to trademark issues, disputes over a domain name please do not apply, unless you provide a description of the problem you faced.

This is a Customer Satisfaction Interview for the process of purchasing and connecting a domain to an online service.

We are searching for web designers, web developers programmers, coders or any other people working with websites and online projects. We can also take lawyers, engineers or virtually anyone who has bought a domain name within the last 3 months and has tried to connect it to an online service or host.
If you are facing any problems right now connecting your domain to an online service we will gladly welcome you to the interview and even try to help you out if we can

Requirements:
Have bought a domain name according to the above requirements
You must be able to speak in english or spanish comfortably
You must be willing to perform a live interview which will be recorded in video and audio for the duration of the interview. Interview will not be shared with third parties and will remain confidential.
You must be willing to schedule the interview between 11am and 3pm or between 5pm and 7pm Eastern Time Zone
