I need a super detailed and incredible rendering of a house Im building in Laguna Beach CA. This will be used to create a large project sign on the fence.

I have CAD files that I can give you as a starting point. I also included an old rendering from the previous owner that isnt realistic enough. Roof plants need to show succulents, exterior siding needs to be a cream limestone (match the Architectural elevation views). Landscaping should match landscape plans, ect.

This a $18,000,000 spec house and the project sign needs to reflect it!
