3D Building Modelling Price Quote

We are a building fabrics supplier in UK and Malaysia. As part of our new product in the market, we require a professional service to build the model of our client's building prior to the installation. Our client will supply the 2D autoCAD floor plan which then we will need your service in converting it to a 3D model which we'll then use in Design Builder software to analyse the energy performance. In relation to this I have a few questions to ask:

1) how long can you deliver the task for a commercial office building about 35,000 m2 to 50,000 m2 in size?

2) Do you also offer modelling using Design Builder software?

3) How much does it cost for converting from 2D model to 3D model, and how do you charge the work ?

4) What kind of information do you need to build a good model ?
