Interior and exterior renders of a historic building that will be restored. Ground plans have been drawn as well as rough 3D CAD. Freelancer will need to add details according to our instructions and references, although we definitely leave some room off freedom for suggestions by the designer.

Were looking for a designer with the skills needed to deliver top notch renders and having the creative vision to propose possible adaptations to the design is absolutely a plus.

In a second phase we will need to make a sales brochure, so a designer with some experience n the domain would be helpful.

Output of the job will be ca. 15 interior renders and ca. 5 exterior renders

Our company is named Rock Solid Assets and we are a young real estate development company operating out of Saarbricken Germany, with projects both in France and Germany.
