3D Modeling from a 2D site map

Project Brief:
- We have 1x 2D drawing of site map
- We need your 3D modelling expertise to convert this 2D site plan into photorealistic 3D renders.

Deliverables:
- We will need photo realistic renders of the site itself from various angles.
- We will need these renders comped into photos that we will provide to show the site area.
- We are looking for a high degree of photo-realism so that the render looks absolutely real.
- We are looking for excellent photoshop skills to make the render blend into the photo that we will provide.

NOTE:
- The final render will be a daylight scene.
- We have already purchased all the 3d models you will need for the job.
- We require all working files (3d files and photoshop files) in high res format (Jpeg/ Tiff etc).
- We will require you to be available to receive feedback and deliver changes with quick turnaround.
- We will need you to modify the renders as needed.
- We realise that renders take time so we are happy to look at screenshots to provide our feedback before you start to rasterise the model.
- However we will need you to show us the completed 3D model (fully skinned with full lighting) in order to give feedback.
- Our intention is not to make unnecessary changes. But we require a professional who is able to take feedback and provide a good result.

Timeline:
- Render back to us: only right positioning of the different buildings required (without environmental photos, lighting nor skinning).
- 1st ROUND of feedback in regards to the positioning of the buildings. ASAP
- Once we are happy with the positioning of the buildings, we will ask you to finalise the render placing the render in the environment as per photos provided, implementing lighting and skinning.
- 2nd ROUND of feedback.

3D Buildings
Photos of the site (photos have been sorted according to the different corners from where the shots have been taken as per indicated on the Site Plan Map) will share with shortlisted candidates.
