3D render needed for Bathroom

We are refurbishing our bathroom and would like to have a 3D visualisation made. I can provide an exact floor plan, and a 2D sketch of how we want the layout of the bathroom, as well as the images of the tabs, shower, bath, toilets and tiles we want to use.

We then need someone to take the 2D floor plan and sketch as well as all the assets and create a 3D Visualisation of it. You can use any 3D software you like working with. The bathroom is only 6m2, so this is a small room and small project.
