Phone support team needed to call current customers

We are looking for someone highly motivated to represent our businesss customer service team over the phone. You must be joyful, enthusiastic, and excited to make a difference in our customers lives.

We offer a variety of products ranging from Native American jewelry, to bedding with wolf designs. You will need to become familiar with our products and able to answer basic questions about them when called by a customer. A script and FAQ page will be provided to you.

You will NOT be making cold calls. The phone calls you will be responsible for will simply be incoming calls, responding to voicemails, and making calls to customers that have abandoned their cart during the checkout process.

Entering this job, you should be stress-free. You will be mentored in online marketing, phone call support, and customer service. All we ask is that you are optimistic, ready to learn, and enthusiastic.
Your salary will grow as you do. Monthly goals will be set, and a raise will be given to you as you continue to surpass them.
