Virtual Data Assistant

This is a 100% remote position.

We seek a Data/Technical Assistant to join our team as an Excel Sheet Pro! (20 hours weekly, more if you wish).

Requirements:

• Impeccable data organizing skills
  
• Acceptable fluency in English
  
• Pro knowledge in creating Excel Sheets, Pivot tables and Excel Valuation Models (NPV models)
  
• Background in/Knowledge of Real Estate

Job Type: Remote, Contract Position (1099)
Experience:
Data Organizing: 1 year (Preferred)
Excel: 1 year (Required)
Working Remotely: 1 year (Preferred)

Bonus Points:
Proficient in coding
Experience working with start-ups.
