Ruby on Rails + Laravel Developer

Im looking for a back-end developer with Laravel & Ruby on Rails that can integrate our custom main web app with the standalone community platform Discourse.

This will include users database/passwords/logins & other custom features & functionalities of our platform so that everything works as one seamless product.

Requirements:

Good quality code.
Excellent communicator.
Attention to detail.
Can take ownership of the project.
Full-time freelancer.

Future work for the right person.

Project will be payed on fixed term contract.
