Developer needed STOCK INFO

Goal make a website that scans options for good SELLING PUTS PROFITS.

1. Find a source that lets you download STOCK OPTIONS info
   
2. Find ALL put options (on us markets) that are expiring in 60 days
   
3. Divide the bid by the strike price (example Stock AAPL is trading at $75, the put option is $70 for $3 Bid
   So that is 3/70 shown as a % so 4.3%
   
4. Subtract the Strike by the Bid to determine break even so 70-3 = 67
   
5. Multiply the Bid by 100 to determine max gain so 3*100 = 300
   
6. Multiply the break even by 100 to determine the max loss so 67*100 = 6700
   
7. Show this data on the website sorted highest to lowest % it should show the full option chain something like this
   PRICE, STRIKE, SYMBOL-Expiration, LAST, BID, ROI, BREAK EVEN, MAX GAIN, MAX LOSS
   75.00, 70.00 , AAPL, 3.25, 3, 4.3%, 67.00, 300, 6700
   
8. There needs to be a button to export the output as CSV
   
9. Collect your payment.

I dont care how pretty the site is, I dont care what language its programmed it. It needs to work, it needs scan as fast as possible, and it needs to be easy to read.
