I need a good tax person to hopefully help me with some tax issues.

I got a big payout in 2015 and paid a fancy tax accountant to make sure I paid my tax on time and the correct amount so I could start a new start-up and not have to worry about unsuspecting tax bills. I paid a lot of money in tax but then they sent me a bill recently for $25k extra tax which I dont have!

I am looking for someone to review all my stuff and see if I can try and reduce this debt and also someone who can hopefully help reduce the fees and deal with the Offer In Compromise with the Franchise Board!
