Need lawyer to solve Wrong Job issue

Looking for a Lawyer that can help me because of a job that I just took. I was hired a few days ago and I was told to come into work at 5 A.M. . I was handed the keys, the code to the coffee shop, and keep in mind, this was my first day. I showed up and no-one was there for at least 45 minutes. I recorded myself with a time stamp, so that I had proof I was there. Finally, some did show up, another employee. When In the actual coffee shop, I began to notice a great deal of problems. Keep in mind, I have worked for previous coffee shops before, knowing that not every coffee shop would be the same. After a full days of work, I noticed cross contamination of food, fridges that smelled moldy, slightly outdated food and falsely advertised products to customers.

I am afraid to go back, even though I have the keys to the shop. It was truly hard for me to apply in a new city, where I have a new apartment and am trying to find new work. I thought that this job would help with my rent and help me get by. The interview seemed very straight forward and I was even shown a schedule of when I was to began work. Unfortunately, It was a mistake that I did not see coming.

I am looking for someone to help with this case. I feel that I was jolted and left without assurance, after getting up at 4:00 AM to get to a job at 5, that I needed. I would love input and I hope that someone can help.
