Refine Existing Large Vacuum Chamber Design

I have a design for a very large soft-vacuum (1% to 5% of standard air pressure) chamber, approximately 2,000 cubic meters. I am not a certified engineer and need one to refine the design, validate it, and vouch for it. Experience with vacuum devices is a must.
