AWS / Google cloud Server Architecture specialist

First of I dont mind if you use AWS or Google Cloud. So if I write AWS, google cloud would work such as well if it meets the requirements.

Hello, I am looking for AWS / Google cloud Server Architecture specialist who can setup a AWS Server Architecture for us. Currently we are running a single monolith node.js application on a single virtual server with a nginx reverse proxy. This brings many problems with it like, if we want to deploy on production we need to take the server down, if the server crashes for whatever reason our service goes down and we have issues with scaling it bigger. Since I am a web developer and have pretty much to zero knowledge about complex server infrastructures I need someone to help us out.

Your task would be to create an AWS Architecture which provides following :

• I want to break down the monolith to microservices (we will ofc do the coding part of the microservices)
  
• I want to deploy on the instances without having a downtime
  
• If one service crashes I want it to restart itself
  
• If the traffic overloads the instances I want them to autoscale with the traffic
  
• I want cutting edge technology used
  
• I want a test system besides the production system
  
• I want 0.00% downtime

That are just a few of the main aspects which I want to use, I want you as the experienced worker to tell me what I can leave out, what I can implement and what you can suggest me to do different to improve the overall functionality.

As far as the price goes I dont really know how much I need to pay and if you would like a pay by hour or a fixed price. So if you dont agree with the given price just offer me something different. I am open for everything.
