Salesforce Apex or Visualforce developer needed for Sales Cloud emailing content

Background on current use:

• We are having 2 custom objects as Events and Events Invitation. Event Invitation has lookup with Contacts and Events objects. Events is a standalone object.
  
  
• Firstly, an Event is created under the Events object (example: Soccer World Cup Qualifier) having a start and end date. (there can be multiple Events created annually)
  
  
• Than an Invitation is sent out to our VIP guests for this Event using Salesforce Emailing, requesting the guests to attend the event (Example: Dear XYZ, you are cordially invited to attend the event) .
  
  

Requirement: We want these invitation emails to have a Reply buttons as Yes / No/ Not Sure, so that the guests can choose any one option and submit their input. Also, the submitted response should automatically get saved under the Event Invitation object.

So all the fields under the Event Invitation should get populated automatically upon submission by the guest.

I will share some resource for better clarity with shortlisted person only.

We are open for suggestions as well in order to get our need fulfilled.

(NOTE: We have no plans of using communities)
