Product Design Tool Developer Needed

I would like to develop a tool which can customize products at scale using CANVAS JS. There should be an option to enter text or an image, the tool should have a setting in backend which sets a restriction and allow limited tasks. The new image is also generated immediately and shown to customer for purchase.

I will share some reference links with shortlisted candidates.
All these options have an option to work only on particular area and the print file is generated in backend.
