I have an application developed in Laravel with docker with the help of laradoc. I have to deploy the application on the AWS platform. The tools which I am using are code pipelines, ECS, ECR and docker. My application will deploy on Fargate. I am stuck at the point where the task is not able to start after deployment. (Task remains Pending Task NOT Running).

You have to explain what these technologies do, how to troubleshoot Docker deployment, and start your proposal with writing what ECS stands for, and know that you have read through this whole description.
