My Mom recently passed away and I am looking for an artist to do a portrait of her from a photograph. I would like the medium to be in oil or acrylic but am open to suggestions such as ink or even charcoals. I am on a really tight budget, I know people say this all the time but I truly mean it. I have a budget of $80-$120. Even with that I am gonna have a steady diet of itchiban and KD for a month.
