MT4 MQL developer for forex broker manipulation detection

I am looking for MT4 mql developer to make an EA to detect broker manipulation activities if any, I have been running an ea for a while and notice that after sometime the ea is removed from few charts and sometimes all the charts and I re-attach them again when I see that.

I want an ea to either dont allow the broker to remove the ea from the chart, or re-attach it to the same chart with set files of the same chart if removed.

Or send email notification when ea is removed from any of the charts so I can manually attach again, I like to add all other possible manipulations that brokers may do so I know about them but above mentioned is most important for me now.
