Creating a Test/Exam Website

I want you to create a Testing Webpage inside of WordPress where I can manage. Three areas I need simply is
  1. A student enters info to take the exam
  2. Once passed (75% or higher) Payment by coupon codes (different prices are managed by PayPal buttons I created inside PayPal)
  3. Certification pdf generate for student and emailed to the student with the info collected in step 1.
  4. If and only if the student passed and payment is successful, I want their info to be dump into a database. I a need login to the database.

I currently have a website designed to these specifications however I want it redone in WordPress so I can easily manage everything.
I will share the document description and visit our website before accepting the job.
