Need UX designer for prototype of restaurant review website

I am looking for the prototype where people can see restaurant info from Google Maps (Restaurant name, rating, number of reviews, price level, address, opening hours, main profile picture) and add their own reviews to the system in addition to the Google reviews.

Users can register and log into this website with their Facebook account and can leave their own rating for the same restaurant with ranking from 1 to 5 (5 is the best)
User can write comments about this restaurant and upload pictures about restaurant

System allows every Facebook users to rate each restaurant once. As there are hundreds or thousands of restaurants for every destination, every customer can give rating for each restaurant in this destination.

Technology to be used Google Places API. Type: restaurant

System keeps database the ratings given by users and calculates average results. It is possible to rank restaurants by user reviews (not Google, but which were given by our users).

Preferred development language is Python as the other parts of the solution are developed in Python / Django.
