I have a 175-page published book (written and copyrighted by me) that I need to convert to a Word (.docx) file by scanning the pages. I have a clean extra copy of the book so the pages can be torn out and scanned. (Im using Word 2011 for Mac now and OS 10.11.6 but will probably have to upgrade both this fall...the file should be readable in Word 2011 as well as the newer version.) I will share a PDF of an actual page from the 6x9 inch book--except its a clean original, not a photocopy as scan appears to be. You would of course be working from the actual book or pages, not scans; youll need to check scans for accuracy and correct any errors.
